My career didn’t follow a straight path—most don’t. Before earning my Career Development Professional certificate and Bachelor of Human Resource Management, I spent 20 years building transferable skills, figuring out what actually makes people hirable. Since 2019, I’ve worked in career services, helping people land jobs, grow their confidence, and position themselves for their version of success.
I don’t just know career theory and organizational design, I’ve been the hiring manager. I’ve sat on the other side of the table, making decisions about who gets hired and who doesn’t. That insight shapes everything I do, from crafting job applications to interview prep to personal branding. When I help you market yourself, it’s with an insider’s perspective.
I’m also a Level B certified career assessment interpreter, which means I have access to career exploration tools most people don’t. I don’t believe in generic career advice, because you aren't generic! You have your own unique situation, strengths, interests, barriers and ideas of success. I provide personalized strategies based who you are and labour market information specific to your location and/ or industry.
And here’s the real reason I do this work: I’ve lived it. My own career didn’t go as planned. I navigated an undiagnosed invisible disability, the twists and turns of a non-linear career, as a classic example of the female career trajectory theory. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overlooked, or unsure of your next step.
That’s why I don’t just help people find jobs—I help them build sustainable, fulfilling careers that fit who they are. If you’re ready to move forward with clarity and confidence, let’s make it happen.
